We partner with the best in the industry to ensure proper deliveries namely DHL, FedEx, BlueDart etc. To promote #atmaNirbharBharat we try to partner with India Post wherever possible. Delivery Time: 7 to 12 working days. Excluding Sundays and local holidays.
Actual shipping time may vary with type (domestic or international) and location. [The company “Life Is Divine” won’t be liable for any delays or damages during transit.]
All prices are inclusive of GST. In case for international shipments, Custom Duties and/or local taxes are to be borne by the customer. We take all essential measures to ensure a smooth deliver but custom clearance, if the need arises, is customer’s responsibility
14. Delivery
Life Is Divine will make a maximum of 2 attempts to deliver Your order in cases when the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts Life Is Divine.co.in reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at their discretion.
15. Duties and taxes
All of our Life Is Divine orders are shipped internationally from our outlet in Ghaziabad, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. Also, Life Is Divine takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

17. Cancellations by Us

21. Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address
We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are two (2) failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Life Is Divine hereby declaims any guarantees of the exact colour as displayed on our Website even though we make every effort to be as accurate as possible.
